Review Information
How Extinct Planet handles account, profile, subscription, and saved collection data.
Extinct Planet stores account email addresses, password hashes, session records, roles, profile names, avatar choices, saved items, and subscription status records needed to operate the platform.
Profiles help personalize the browsing experience. Profile names and avatar choices are stored with the account that created them.
When a paid transaction occurs, Paddle processes the payment details. Extinct Planet receives provider-neutral billing identifiers and billing or subscription status needed to provide access and support, but does not receive or store full card details.
When you save a creature, world, eBook, wallpaper, or download, the item type and reference are stored so My Collection can display it.
Extinct Planet uses secure session cookies for login state and active profile selection. These are necessary for account features.
Extinct Planet processes limited technical information necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the reliability of the service. This information includes request metadata, browser or device details, timestamps, error context, and security events. It is used only for service operation, reliability, troubleshooting, and security.
When you contact support, Extinct Planet processes the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message, account context, and Paddle receipt details, to investigate and answer your request.
Account data is retained while needed to provide the service, meet support needs, or satisfy legal obligations. Contact support to ask about account data or deletion requests.
